Community in the making
In modern consumption, we’ve sacrificed connectedness with the people who build our realities. We order most things online to be shipped from monolithic warehouses, and delivered by anonymous drivers; we’ve lost the faces behind the items we rely on daily. The same can be said of the images we produce en masse—disposable, devoid of their creator's identity. This series seeks to revive the tradition of valuing artisans and forging meaningful relationships with the makers of our everyday objects.
